THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY TO SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TO PRIVATE CUSTOMERS IN NORWAY:
The cost of standard shipping is NOK 99 for all our delivery methods.
We pack and send orders immediately. This means a short delivery time, depending on which transport option you choose. It will rarely take more than 2–5 working days for you to receive your products. We cannot guarantee our supplier’s delivery times. See below for more details on each transport option. Contact our customer service immediately if you think you have waited too long for your package! We will help you to track the delivery and can also check the status with your chosen carrier.
Service package: Climate-neutral service package via Bring where you pick up at your local post office. Bring has more than 1,400 delivery locations. The package is trackable. The consignment is dispatched in a climate-neutral way. This means that the postal service is obligated to reduce the transport’s climate emissions and also compensate for the remaining emissions.
Bring Home Delivery: This service is offered in most towns and cities in Norway. Home delivery takes place between 17.00 and 21.00. The recipient is notified twice by text message when the package is en route and is called 30–60 minutes before delivery. The dispatch time is 1–3 working days; some routes take 4 working days.
A – post: The smallest packages can be posted through your letterbox. This transport option appears automatically if the volume of the products you have ordered is small. If the package does not fit through your letterbox after all, you will not be charged extra for another delivery method.
You have two weeks to retrieve the package from your nearest post office. If you fail to retrieve the package from your post office and it is returned to us, you have not exercised your cancellation right in accordance with the Act Relating to a Cooling-off Period in Connection with Certain Contracts for Consumer Purchases. You are therefore still responsible for the purchase you have made and will be charged the return shipping costs and a fee of NOK 250.
Cash on delivery If you have selected a cash-on-delivery fee, the fee will be in addition to the invoice amount. Customers in Svalbard
The postal service has introduced a separate fee for packages that are sent to Svalbard. Because of this, each order will be charged this fee, which is currently NOK 236.
